Paperless

Your papers, found in seconds

Picture a filing cabinet that never loses anything. You put a paper in β€” a bill, a receipt, a letter β€” and later you just type one word and it hands you the right paper in a second. That's Paperless. It lives at paperless.onfleek.live

1 Get in

Open paperless.onfleek.live in any browser β€” phone, tablet, or computer. Sign in with your OnFleek account (the password lives in your safe box). That's it β€” you're at your filing cabinet.

2 Add a paper β€” 3 easy ways

Try this: grab a bill or receipt, hit Upload, pick the file. Wait a few seconds β€” Paperless reads it, makes a neat copy, and files it for you.

3 Find any paper fast

See the search box at the top? Type any word you remember β€” a company name, a person, a dollar amount. Paperless reads the words inside every paper (even photos of paper), so you can search for almost anything.

Try this: type "GEICO" β€” every GEICO paper you ever added pops up. Type "2025" β€” everything from that year. No digging.

4 Tags β€” colored sticky notes

A tag is like a colored sticky note you put on a paper. Make a "Taxes" tag, a "Car" tag, a "Medical" tag. Stick them on your papers. Then click a tag to see all the papers wearing it β€” grouped together, instantly.

Think of it like: all your car papers wearing the same colored dot, so one click shows the whole pile.

β˜… The self-sorting trick

Here's the magic part: if you drop papers into folders named like "Taxes" or "Car", Paperless uses the folder name as a tag all by itself. So a lot of the sorting just… happens. You barely have to do anything.
